Keeps running like score reels are not reset...………... but they are
Check the zero switches on all reels.
Even if all the reels reset a zero switch may falsely indicate non-zero.
It may also be a switch on the first switch bank of the score motor (the leftmost switch bank I believe). When I got my Nip-It home it did that, and I found that a score motor switch bank had a number of switches that had become misadjusted, probably by something loose inside hitting it during transport. Once I adjusted those switches, it started up fine.
Hi mrbanjo
when You toggle-on the pin the motor is allowed to "not turn" or "to turn maximum 179 degrees means turn to the next motor-home-position". What is the motor doing ? Greetings Rolf
Hi mrbanjo
do You have a stuck coin-(slot)-switch (starting a new game right away - and starting and starting ...) ? When You toggle-on the pin the motor is allowed to "not turn" or "to turn maximum 179 degrees means turn to the next motor-home-position". This is my last post for today - till tomorrow. Greetings Rolf
I recently had the issue with my Royal Flush. Everything had been working fine. Next day, not so much. Reels went through the reset stages but the motor kept running.
My issue was one mis-aligned score reel.
Here's my suggestion for the day. Put points on each reel for each player and reset the game. For me, it's quicker and more fool proof than a visual inspection. Mine was the Player 2 Hundreds reel.
