Uses one credit to start a game
but starts a 4 player game
Plays all the way through 4 players 5 balls game ends.

Does your Coin Unit stepper reset properly? Nip It has a similar circuit to the one described here: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/em-tech-69-bally-gator-4-player-game-issue#post-4398635.

If your coin unit is stuck in 4 player mode you'd get a 4 player game every time.
