Don't forget you may have to hit the left flipper to turn the game on. Some people don't know that about this era of games. There are lots of tech questions about this game I would review any of those if you run into issues. I also remember having issues if a ball was locked and i manually took it out of the lock I think a relay stays closed even when the game is off so it knows the ball is locked and may not operate correctly. Good Luck it is a great game!
