Quoted from Vespula:

Just contact the sellers in their store directly by PM, they will advise you.
I have had most accommodate that. It's pinside limitation, not a seller limitation.

I did Send an email through the store, but there is a message to post to this thread for a faster response

Aniraf doesn't reply much. That's why.
Send pm to OutpostKodelia
He handles business and the thread.
And he will reply to this when he gets to it as well. So you can wait if you want

Yeah, as Vespula stated, only Aniraf has access to those messages, so it's generally best to message here or PM me for such things. We can do an offline paypal payment, it's just slower and a manual process, but totally doable.

I am installing the all-in-one expressive light kit on a FFLE. Can someone please post a photo of the accessory power supply and where and how it is mounted in the backbox? My harness between the two power supplies seems too short and the accessory supply has no mounting tape. The red/black wires coming off the speakers at the 12 o'clock position tug the power supply more than I would like. Once I see a picture I will probably immediately see what I am doing wrong! Thanks!

Are you the ones that make the Rush scoop protectors? I have a set if they're yours and starting to tear and lift. Just an FYI, no big deal because they've lasted a bit, not sure how many games I put on them or if you've had any reports of this.

On my Rush LE install, I had to spin my speaker lights 180 degrees to put the wiring at the six o'clock position. That's how I solved that issue.

I'll post some pics of it in our FF a little bit later today. Stay tuned!

I had the same thing and found them to be uncomfortably taut. I rotated to the "inward" position for wires, at the 3/9 o'clock positions and this gave reasonable slack to the wires. This puts the area on the light ring where the wires exit to be VERY tight up against the inner lip of the speaker plate, so I ended up very carefully trimming away some of the clear silicone that is used to help pot this area. They operate fine like this after some trimming/cleanup but if I had it to do over again, I'd probably just put them out the 6:00 position on both sides and be done with it. Plenty of wire length and no risk of pinching.

Perfect! That's what I needed. Thank you very much.

Hey everyone! Long time no talk, so let's do something about that! New product announcement!!!

For all those who bought a Rush topper and were disappointed by the poor lighting, we have a solution for you! By combining our expertise with extending the Expression Lights and some good old fashioned basic white LEDs, not only will your topper be well lit, but it'll also be washed with the colors from the expression light shows! Check it out here:

https://pinside.com/pinball/market/shops/1326-ninjacamp-mods/09139-expressive-topper-lights-kit

HUGE thanks to Vespula for beta testing this and helping with measurements and taking a video. We don't have the Rush topper, so he volunteered his time to help us out! I'll let him tell you what he thinks in his own words when he gets to it.

Anyways, this is compatible with all our other lighting kits, or it can be used on its own. It's compatible with both the Stern toppers and likely any other topper out there, too. Enjoy, and happy gaming!

Aniraf I want to buy 2 cn7 splitters, but your shipping to Oz is super expensive. Can I email you a FedEx label? I’ll need box size - smallest possible packing. - and pickup address/email/phone number.

Can you drop to a FedEx drop off point? Thx

For those who keep experiencing the plunge fails with Scooby Doo, even after repeatedly readjusting the plunger forks, we're in the testing phase of a solution to address this. Given the nature of the issue, we need to test for at least a few more days before we claim success, but we're very optimistic... stay tuned!

Rush scoop protectors breaking for me and quite a few others.

Thanks for the heads up... I responded to all in the Rush thread, but short version, just PM me and we'll get you straightened out.

Hi folks! Happy to announce our solution to the plunger problem, the Scooby Doo Plunger Stabilizer!! Check it out: https://pinside.com/pinball/market/shops/1326-ninjacamp-mods/09405-scooby-doo-plunger-stabilizer

Go from having half your mech completely unsupported and free to deform:
PXL_20230919_155746938 (resized).jpgPXL_20230919_155746938 (resized).jpg

... To having a stabilized plunger that can take the abuse!
PXL_20230919_160035825 (resized).jpgPXL_20230919_160035825 (resized).jpg

Please read the notes in the listing carefully... this won't necessarily fix a deformed plunger all on its own, but it will stabilize it so that alignment fixes STAY fixed instead of having your plunger failing again and again right after you just fixed it.

Great work! Would love a kit for the left light board to allow easier outlane post moves.

I'm not sure I follow - maybe I've missed something on the SD forum thread. Can you explain in more detail?

Super easy install. I didn’t have the problem yet pre-drilling your holes will be your friend.

Hulo NinjaCamp workers !
Just to know if you’re still working and producing some impression for Rush Pinball. Your work seems very appreciated.
I’ve sent a PM to OutPostKodelia who seems the most active here.
Is it ok to order some pieces on your pinside shop ?
Thanks !

Sent both OutpostKodelia and Aniraf a PM about placing an order almost a month ago. No response from either. How do you get ahold of these guys? How do you not notice you have a PM??

I'm so sorry, I've been stretched really thin the past few weeks. I see your PM and I'll respond to it right away.

Hi folks, quick update on a couple things... First, we've been a bit behind on orders due to things in our day to day life that have been keeping us super busy, but we're working hard to catch up and should get your orders shipped out soon.

Second, there have been issues where we aren't notified when people leave comments on their orders on Pinside, and I know this has led to some frustration. The Pinside devs have provided new functionality that makes it a lot easier for us to see when comments are left and to manage them in a central location, so we'll be working through your comments and getting back to you in the coming days.

We thank you all for your patience as we work through these growing pains, and we assure you that your orders are still coming as soon as we can get them out. We also have some new stuff in the pipe that we're trying to get launched as soon as possible, so stay tuned for some announcements soon!

Thanks,
Kaydee
