All of you pinheads that take the time to advise me, KUDDOS! Thank you all for helping me w/ previous pins.
Now to qt at hand. Me and my perfect wife drove 1000m yesterday,(round trip) to pick up my Freddy pin. It is perfect. But on playing it has been getting confused and sending out ball 1 then #2 will follow shortly, I said #2, ha! When 1st ball drains it will stop scoring & lock flippers down. Will follow w/ all 3balls. Is this a trough switch prob? Should I throw it into a switch diagnostic??
Any knowledge will be appreciated.

Yep First step.....
1-make sure you have the right amount of balls loaded in the pin
2-pull all the balls and load them one at a time to reset the trough
3-switch test and make sure the trough switches are working correctly.

Start there, then report back

There's no manual w/ it, and the decal that was supposed to be under the lock bar w/ correct # of balls is missing. Where to look for some info on those issues?

Okay I found where it states that it's a 4 multiball pin so I found 5 balls loaded. Pulled apron, removed all balls and took 1 out and loaded 1at a time. Works like it's supposed to. You were right! Thanks again!!
