I have a loose orange wire near the 2 coins 3 plays relay. Trying to figure out where it goes.

How about posting a picture of the area?
Please be aware with Bally EMs, there are wires that are not used in the main harness. Each of my Bally EMs has at least two unused wires and they all terminate around the coin credit selection jumpers and coin relays. There was a thread about this somewhere before.
If you do or do not have the two coin step unit or 3rd coin relay, wire may or may not been connected.
