I cleaned the switch, checked the spring tension, lubed/cleaned the coil sleeve but its getting progressively worse. Maybe a needs a new coil? suggestions appreciated.

I took a video:

You lubed the coil sleeve ?

If so I'd pull that whole unit apart and clean it real good. And don't oil the coil sleeve. Check the coil sleeve for wear, breaks or cracks. The pivot point on the kicker may need a tiny drop of oil.

Coil sleeves shouldn't have lubrication of any kind.

I still suspect a mechanical problem, which you can rule in or out by using Alligator clip jumper wires to momentarily jump from the Yellow wire on the transformer to the White&Yellow wire on the Out Hole Kicker solenoid.

Checked and lightly filed 7D and the out hole relay switch. Still doing the same thing.

HowardR i just ordered jumper wires so i will test that next.
