First, clip that battery of the board before it leaks. That's a time bomb waiting to go off.
Second, that's one of the ROMs for the game. You'll probably have to replace it with an EPROM. Since the only ROM files that are available are for 2716 EPROMs, you will also have to re-jumper the MPU to accommodate them.
