All kidding aside, do you have a set of schematics?
Are you talking about the hole-kicker? Have you tested for voltage yet in other parts of the firing circuit? Does the triggering switch have any voltage?
You could manually push the relay to see if anything happens. If it works when you push the relay, then focus on the relay coil circuit.
Alternatively, can you visually see if the relay gets pulled in when it's supposed to kick.

Yes. Excellent point. Posted in the SS forum, but the linked documentation talks about a "score motor".
