So NicoVolta my pinball Jedi EM training has served me well. And to all did you know your front load washing machine has pinball technology in it? So after some good old Google searching I found my issue and with the help of the magic brush and some points adjustments (applying my training) my washer is fixed.

I forgot to take a pic when I had my door switch opened and cleaned and adjusted it but not only are there EM point type contacts there is also a coil in there. Found this pic on the good old net.

Now back to that bowler homework.

    Quoted from NicoVolta:

On the way to the NOLA PinChurch and WDW, I stopped by jahpinwizard for a few fixin's. Got some nice pics of his place coming up soon.

So after you left I got that roll over cleaned up and no longer sticking. Used some Awesome orange followed by a warm water rinse them some LA's totally Awesome followed by a warm water rinse. Let it all dry and all is good.

    Nic,

I hope you enjoyed the Southern Hospitality we had for you in Louisiana, but I’m sure you we can check LA off of your list as when you stopped by it seems like you already had your new plans or were close to locking them in, but wouldn’t reveal them. Any way you are always welcome to stop back in if you are passing by or just want to hang out and eat a home cooked meal and play some pinball.

Also I'm Looking at picking up another EM and giving it the full Nic treatment on all the mechanicals.

So I'm going to put my guess in. It seems like you may (or may not) be seeking a green state? So the two that come to mind would be California and Colorado. I'm guessing Colorado.

My first guess was wrong, so let’s go for guess #2. So it seems Nic has visited some really cool places and it would be great to see the next big thing somehow EM related. It would be cool to see one of the spots with large collections being able to put him on staff. So how about New York, maybe even in the Poughkeepsie area? Nic working at The Pinball Resource? Could it be? I'm guessing in Nic fashion we will need to wait until Friday to see or Friday's...

The old saying 3 strikes and your out. Well I was wrong with Colorado, I was wrong with New York and PBR, there are only three left to chose from but hell I don't even know if I want to take the third swing and strike out?

I know you are getting ready for TPF and the next big thing. But out of curiosity did you ever finish the Crawfish and Gator trip posts. Its been cool to see all of your stops along the way and peoples collections.

I don’t know how often you go to Fort Worth but there is a place over there by the Navy base called Kincaid’s they have a really good hamburger. They are in a old grocery store and you order from like a old meat market counter. Haven’t been their in years but always stoped by there a few times when I was in the area working.

If your ever in Minnesota and have chance stop by the Lions Tap in Eden Prairie. All the serve is burgers fries and beer (soda and water to). Back in the day their clam was that there meat is never frozen always fresh.

You could point him to Barstow. I’m thinking cost of living would be cheaper there?

    #1861 6 years ago

I was stationed at Fort Ord back in the mid 80’s, Seeside, Monterey, Salinas, there was so much to do and see. You could go from Ocean to Mountains with snow and so on all in a day. I was only there a year but it was a lot of fun. But I couldn’t have afforded to live there if it wasn’t for my room and a board courtesy of the Army.

    Quoted from NicoVolta:

Meanwhile... Polynesia playfield is getting repopulated this weekend!

(AKA don’t trust an EM tech if their hands aren’t dirty)

Nic has that playfeild been cleared?

    #1893 6 years ago

Would have been some really wild (unpredictable) ball travel it it hadn’t been.

    #1937 6 years ago

So Nic are you going to make your post at midnight

    #1939 6 years ago

Noon!!! Oh the suspense is killing everyone.

    #1961 6 years ago

    Congrats Nic.

You might want to put a rubber on the right flipper. Some one was going to say it
