-Packaging, no less than 10. Perfect packaging, really take time to pack it very well.
-Communication another 10, he reply to every mail i sent in a short period of time.
-Condition, he did not try to hide anything, he really want the buyer to be satisfied and knowing what he buy.
-Shipping price, very reasonnable. Package was very well strapped, nice solid pallet. Pinball hold very well with block at the bottom.
