NGG controlled lamp issue (WPC-95)

I have what I hope is a simple problem with the "trap ready" lamps on my NGG. There are 2 controlled bayonet sockets that light the large insert. Both are out, but they both used to work. I replaced the bulb on one side (they were already LEDs so I was pretty sure that wasn't the problem) and nothing. All the other lights on the row and column work. I have continuity between the lights in the row and column and the corresponding lugs on the sockets.

Does this mean I have a diode out? There are 2 diodes, one on each socket.

try an incandescent bulb, see if the socket works.
Test in lamp test mode.
