Stern will only work on legends of rock for their rocked themes games. Forget your favourite also-ran bands that take up so much posting space in this thread. These pinball machines have to sell, and sell well, and sell well inside and outside the USA.

Stern is a business. It needs to make money to survive. It does not exist to make a machine for your favourite garage band.

That's why, eventually, we will have a QUEEN pinnie. Apart from the Beatles, there is no super-mega-world-wide-legend-band that will sell more machines that a QUEEN themed machine.

Sorry my USA friends. It's true. ACDC, an Australian band has set the pace for pinball sales. Queen, a UK band, with massive USA exposure, will come close to that hit. No other rock band will. Not Metaliica. Not Areo Who? Not your favourite "never heard of them outside the USA" band.

    Quoted from o-din:

can we get a fairy feller's multiball?

    Why not! I hope so.

There are many other multiball possibilities:
    "Flash Gordon" superhero mode
"Another One Bites the Dust" lower playing field
"We are the Champions" wizard mode
    "Sheer Heart Attack" multiball

plus a "Keep Yourself Alive" kickback lane

    Quoted from Hazoff:

    Slayer Please.

No disrespect to Slayer or to you intended, but Stern will only work on legends of rock for their rocked themes games. These pinball machines have to sell in large volume inside and outside the USA for Stern to invest money into making one. Stern is a business that needs to make money to survive.

That's why, eventually, we will have a QUEEN pinnie. Apart from the Beatles, there is no super-mega-world-wide-legend-band that will sell more machines that a QUEEN themed machine. QUEEN are massive all over the world and especially in Europe and Asia (Japan in particular).

The bands with the most album sales of all time, according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_music_artists, are (in order):

    The Beatles
    Led Zeppelin
    Pink Floyd
    ACDC
    Queen
    The Rolling Stones

I'd love to see a pinball machine for each of the above. I would buy a pinball machine for each of the above, except maybe Pink Floyd. Only one on the list is from the USA. But that's the list Gary should be looking at (and has in the past with ACDC and The Rolling Stones).

    Wouldn't these be amazing:

    Sergeant Peppers LE
    Stairway to Heaven Premium
    and
    Bohemian Rhapsody Pro?

    Quoted from PinballManiac40:

There already was one built by Stern in 2011 and by Bally back in 1979. How many more do we need?

True. No more needed. Re-read my previous post again.

This major feature movie is being released soon:

Too bad Stern didn't heed the call for a Queen pin.
A release just before Christmas would have been sweet for business.
    "Another one bites the dust!"

Although a 2019 or 2020 Queen pin will still sell well globally ...
