I've heard there's a Stern themed homebrew game in the works, the creator is calling it "Disapinment"

I think these home machines have an opportunity to sell at upscale stores like Hammacher Schlemmer, or your local game room store. Put the items side by side: Star Wars Home at $4000, GOTG at $6000, Deadpool Premium at $7500. That Star Wars is going to look pretty good to an uninformed consumer just giving a test run: looks like pinball, plays like pinball, costs $2000 less because it doesn't have a coin slot and has a smaller screen.

I was hoping to see a flagship release also, but attempting to expand the pinball market to casual gameroom outfitters isn't a bad thing. Putting out a home edition every 3-4 years (not counting supreme) isn't hurting Stern's commercial machine production, and the ubiquity and visibility of pinball has changed since their last home pin (many new location pins since 2016, imo)

    Quoted from CrazyLevi:

-This is another base game we'll see recycled as a Specialty custom game, giving them three to offer now (Whoa Nellie, Spider Man Home being the other two)

This is the same layout as Spiderman home

    Quoted from Pahuffman:

After watching some of the stream, it's fine for a home game. The only thing that really bothers me about the gameplay on these is both slings firing at the same time. One doesn't have enough time to rebound before it hits the other, so you end up really getting only one good hit.
Other than that, I'm sure some dumbass who spent money on this game will enjoy it.

I was wondering the same thing, the action in the pop bumpers looks good though.

    Quoted from CrazyLevi:

Similar, but Not true. The lock is in a different spot, and there is a drop target bank in front of the left ramp. It also locks 2 balls instead of 1 like Supreme.

Ah, pretty subtle difference, but you are correct, the left ramp has been moved behind the drop target bank, which has opened up an additional lane to the left of the new ramp. I'm pretty sure the lock mech (this is the captive ball post, right?) was the same on spiderman home though
