Quoted from Guinnesstime:What's cheaper to use than a spring? I'm still thinking.
The greater cosmic joke would be if it has more compelling mechs than the Pro/Premium.
Anyone know who the designer is? Or if it's a rethemed SM The Pin?

Quoted from Whysnow:if people did not buy the Pro model for 4800 when it came out, then I dont think they are spending 4000 on an even further stripped home model.
Maybe, but a $3800 price is aligned with a good home ping pong, shuffleboard or air hockey table. Seems like getting the retail under $4k is the sweet spot for some categories of home amusement machines.
Quoted from Whysnow:sub 4k is the sweet spot BUT it needs to be a full featured Pro model with coin door to bring in interest.
I disagree that a coin door, coin mechs, and all of the operator stuff is necessarily a PLUS for people who want something for the home. It can be intimidating and looks tacky.
