Quoted from Blacksun:

Curious if you need the pinnovators kits. Description says all units have an output. "New CPU mounted line-out audio connector for external Amplification"

Sorry if i missed it but did anyone answer this question? What type of connector (RCA jack, 1/8th jack ect) is the "New CPU mounted line-out audio connector for external Amplification". Do you just plug this directly into the Polk sub. I have an LE coming and my first Polk PSW-10 to hook up to it. Trying to get the proper cable to be able to hook up right away when it arrives. Warning if you don't like Iron Maiden music you might want to stay away from Lyons Classic Pinball for at lest the first week when we get it as I will be cranking this thing up(hopefully with sub hooked up). Can someone show a pic of the New line-out on the board?
Thanks

Are any other LE owners having trouble with ball getting stuck behind the left ramp(behind back panel ) sitting on switch hole? Also ball seems to get trapped in top far right corner on top of corner plastic behind post holding up rt ramp . Any advise greatly appreciated. I will be making the game a little steeper today but I don't think that will be enough to dislodge the ball from either stuck position .

I spent some time working on it yesterday and here are the fixes. The ball getting stuck behind the back panel was caused by the switch in the tunnel , when it is fully closed(actuated ) there can be a small amount of the switch still sticking up. The ball will get stuck on it even though it is just a little bit so give it a little bend so it is fully out of the way when fully depressed. I did not have one hang up there yesterday and the game got steady play all day.
The ball getting stuck behind the post in top right corner was solved with piece of clear lexan zip tied to the post it was getting stuck behind. No balls got stuck there after the fix as well.
I was also having the ball fly off the end of the right ramp with a hard hit. Solved this by making a small lexan dome to stop ball from jumping at end of ramp.
After the few tweaks the game plays excellent, every customer who played it walked away loving it , wanting it, even the guys who don't love the Iron Maiden music (and I have this game hooked up to PSW-10 sub and cranked up) shaking the whole building , said they were thinking about getting one.
I firmly believe this is Sterns best game in a long time. Enjoy

Quoted from kpg:

I am in the process of trying to hook up my LE to my external Polk subwoofer.
I read in the feature matrix there is supposed to be a "New CPU mounted line-out audio connector for external amplification"
Where is that line-out connector?
Also, I noticed they removed the headphone jack from the Spike 2 board... so can't use that either. Just trying to avoid having to mickey mouse the connection off the subwoofer or buying a pinnovators connector. Thanks

I was talked into just alagator clipping to the bottom bass speaker then direct to the powered sub and it sounds great at about 29.
