Quoted from Biv:

I'm already at 16, and may have missed some?
4 flippers
2 slings
3 pops
3 drop targets
2 up post
1 through
1 launcher

Wouldn't the drop target bank only have one reset coil rather than 3?

The right ramp reminds me of MM's right ramp in terms of placement, shot angle, steepness, and the return trail.

Quoted from Psw757:

So this will be out before JJP Potc and looks to be a winner as far as new layout.
Think this has any negative impact on POTC sales since that seems to be running a little behind schedule?

If they build a good game for a price the market will bare then they will sell. Of course there is only so much money to be had in the hobby, and the crap will sell like crap (e.g. see several recent games that did not sell as well as they could despite popular themes).

Quoted from MikeTangoIndia:

Are those LED lights on the shooter lane cover or are they part of the artwork? If they are 4 lights then what do they do? Keep track of something?

Pretty sure it is just a decal to help gauge the strength of the plunge.

Quoted from vireland:

Fe (Iron Symbol from Periodic Table of the Elements) M(Maiden) is shorter, cooler, and nerdier.
https://www.ptable.com/

Think about it though. FeM is always going to make some think, as in feminine. Also, Fe is not one of the elements or compounds that most ordinary people think about like H2O or CO2 so it would be confusing using FeM.

Quoted from Aurich:

I mean, who the hell knows, speculating is kinda pointless, but I promise you Stern is definitely paying attention. They've made moves to cockblock other manufacturers behind the scenes, and if they see something is popular they're not dumb, they're gonna try and beat it.
I personally doubt this is a response, it's a band pin and the LE is more expensive than ever, and they're throwing a few bucks at better speakers. Okay, not conspiracy theory fodder really. Lemme know when they add a ported sub to the cabinet and we can talk.
Also, remember it's not just TNA, Alice Cooper uses the sound system too, and no one can't think it's not competition.
As for short names, I think they all suck, I'm not using any of them. Don't be lazy, ffs. If I'm in a hurry I'll just say Maiden.

You just used the lazy abbreviation, TNA.

Quoted from rubberducks:

Virtually no chance of different pf art for the LE. LE & Premium, possibly ... but don't think it has happened before?

GOT Prem had the blue playfield

Quoted from rubberducks:

Ah, forgot that. Is it the lone one?

Not Stern, but JJPOTC

Quoted from NimblePin:

Scream for me POTC pre-order customers!!!

Who knew this illustration (when it came out) would be a perfect depiction of how Pinside’s pinball purchasing would go down in the distant year of 2018...

Shit, JJPOTC is probably still at least 6 months away. Stern will be on to a couple more titles such as Deadpool, Elvira, etc. by then.

I really like the Eddie in the plane art.

Quoted from frankmac:

Gary Stern is laughing from his happy holiday slumber on melody lane at all of us..

...while listening to Bing Crosby music.

Quoted from BoJo:

For all we know it might have needed to be that way to get a nice effect from the decals they are using. BM66SLE has the huge batmobile on the side too.

It seems Stern often chooses large graphics on the side of the cabinets as opposed to smaller objects and scenes. Tron, SM, BDK, and GB are some examples.
