Stern, 2018Distributors are saying LE are shipping end of the week or by next week for sure.
It appears the Playfields were being assembled and awaiting cab art approvals so once the cabs get decals it's drop the Playfield in, test and box them up to ship.
Pics are tomorrow. Things are moving along nicely.

If I don't like the LE I will downgrade to a Premium or maybe even a Pro depending on what they look like.
I'm pretty confident there is nothing I expect to come up that would change my mind- the Pro's are getting such rave reviews and I truly think Stern, with the help of Keith and the new coder guy (wish I knew his name), it seems as if this could be the best Stern release in a long time.
To me, Iron Maiden is a dream theme- not because I am their number 1 fan, far from it- but I like their music and have always thought about how well it would pair with pinball. I am absolutely blown away with everything I have seen thus far, and there's no doubt in my mind that the Premium and LE models will only be the icing on the cake for this release.
Props to Stern on this!! I feel this pin is evidence Gary has taken our complaints/opinions/suggestions to heart and dropped this on the pinball community as a way of burying the hatchet going forward.
Ok, maybe I am overly optimistic.. but I have to say I am impressed overall with Stern Pinball right now and it's the first time since I have been very excited about a new Stern after my whole Ghostbusters fiasco 
I’ll say this. If the mechs and that Egyptian art wrap hold up on the Premium as advertised I’ll happily poop my pants at work.

6. It's only been about a week, but no obvious breakage areas (i.e. GOTG orb plastic, SW Tie Fighter, XM wolverine, etc.) or major design flaws. Check.
Yeah, I can't understand why people are excited about this game either... must be an awful game if the main things pinside is bitching about is the FONTS used in the display and the band itself.
I'm going to hold my pinside review until I play the heck out of a premium/LE, but I can tell you the rating is going to be up there.
Code on sw was almost done and I played at least 600 games on my pro with no problems at all... and no tie fighter breakage. Gotg has real killer art and visual appeal. GB and TWD aren’t copy pastes and they are relatively new games. Aerosmith has beautiful art and is a load of fun. The inclusion of service rails to me is the only thing here worth a mention or a ...Check.
I’m down for a pro here. But I may jump to a premium... why? I don’t really go for the Union Jack on the front or on the sides. Yeah I get why it’s there!!! There’s one on my country’s flag, but i don’t want it on my pin.... bloody ugly imo. Eddy looks cool though. So I’m waiting to see what’s on the premium art. Could care less about the opening ramp amd sarcofigus ball lock. The pro plays killer in vids.
This game looks awesome but I don’t know why pinside always seems to feel the need to point out faults on past games to boost the newest release. No need to “bitch” about past games or Sterns past mistakes to make a newer game look better. Let it stand on its own merits.

Interesting. I think the Union Jack is one of the coolest looking flags. I'd be happy to have The Trooper artwork on the LE, but doesn't sound like it's going to happen.

My wife and I got to play several pros at Zapcon this weekend. For those of you that haven't had a chance to play it, you've got a lot to look forward to. We both very much enjoyed the game even with hearing little to none of the sound... and she is both skeptical as well as a very tough critic.
I also must have talked trash about the theme to myself and others around me at least 5-10 times since it was announced as the music is nothing special for me. Again, while I haven't heard much of the game, color me impressed with the game play and animation.

The Iron Maiden Premium and LE have new, unique, and innovative mechanisms.
Included is a motor controlled tomb entrance feeding a motorized
combination ball lock/Newton ball, which allows the player to physically
knock a Newton ball onto the playfield to be an active multiball. A second
new and unique device is a very cool omnidirectional ball target used in
place of the Pro’s normal standup target. The Premium and LE are further
enhanced by the jump ramp that opens to reveal a scoop, interactive chase
light beacon led device, backlit stacked back panel plastic, plus the
inclusion of custom Eddie sculpts.
And the LE has the added features customers wanted in an LE:
• Anti-reflective playfield glass
• Mirrored backglass
• Upgraded sound system
• Shaker motor
• Red metallic side armor, hinges, legs and lockdown
• Foil cabinet decals
• Inside cabinet art blades
• LE only shooter knob

Yeah I got the same message from my distributor saying the game will be ready to ship in 1-2 weeks. My first reaction was shock as we haven't even seen what it looks like

All this sounds great and will really justify the upgrade imo....plus red gi like on walking dead p and its gonna b very immersive.
I wonder if they will change the rules on the pro to add a ball when you hit the mummy ? Or maybe it does this now

Allow me to be the first to say .... Maiden pro is top shelf, Maiden premium looks spectacular, but Maiden LE is to die for. Best art on any pin, ever (period).

Just got the request for payment in full on my LE as well. Said Stern is invoicing all the distributors and to remit the rest of the payment ASAP...
