The fact that he's quoted as saying this is incredible, but not unbelievable. I've told people for YEARS how evil Facebook is in regards to privacy. They've done unannounced and unauthorized facial recognition processing on all photos posted on Facebook to build profiles on the people in them to sell so people NOT EVEN ON Facebook are caught and their privacy invaded just because their stupid friends posted a picture with them in it on Facebook. Completely scummy.

You can request a specific number and give 2 backup choices or ask within a range. I asked for the lowest possible and received #12. Next game just let your distributor know you would like this option as they have to contact Stern obviously. I had to go through a new distributor as Cointaker was sold out of IMLE by the time I contacted them. The new disty did not even know about this! lol

Just curious how this launch and “pre paid” games deal happened. People,buy the show games all the time, but this is the first time I’ve heard of this opening of pre paid games in bulk like this... from Marco of all people (who I didn’t realize so many ppl used as a distro?)

As someone that pre-ordered an Iron Maiden from Marco for the show I can't recommend them enough! Great company and I would definitely buy from them again! Marco and everyone in the booth has been super nice and helpful and the process was really smooth. They even had a game unboxing party Thursday night. Excited to bring my game home after MGC tonight!

That suggests to me that the techs set this pin up to be as difficult as possible, as tourney pins typically are. If you've ever watched a Bowen Kerins PAPA tutorial, he will often mention how PAPA's pins are invariably set up for the shortest ball times possible.

Hard to believe fans of rock n roll and heavy metal don’t like Maiden. I do and glad it has Finally going to be made. If I had to rank the bands I like (not pins) recently made it would be AC/DC, Maiden, Metallica, KISS, and Aerosmith. If I rate the pins it is Metallica love the layout and call it upgraded TFTC, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Aerosmith, and Kiss. I like all these bands musics some more than others but I surely don’t hate any of the music. Hard to believe others variety is so limited. Can’t wait to play and hopefully buy my first new in box game.

I was at MGC all day and night Saturday. I played Iron Maiden as much as I could. I just wanted to play more and more. I currently own METLE, GB, SW, Goldeneye, and JP for Stern titles. I just purchased Iron Maiden. I think it will go down as the best Stern game to date. The four flippers add a new dimension and challenge to the game. There are no cheap drains from bad angles and the shots really feel smooth and satisfying. The sound effects are awesome and the music really lends itself well to the modes and overall feel of the game. I was at the seminar with the entire Stern design team and asked about how they got the song list. Keith explained that Maiden gave him a list of songs and Keith picked the ones that lent themselves best for the modes etc...it’s a masterful job on all spectrums. From the art, to the flow, to the call outs. You will not be disappointed. Up the Irons!!!

Yeah. I am not a big IMDN music fan becasue I don’t hear them a lot. I really don’t know whether I like them or not. They don’t get a lot of airtime compared to those other bands listed.

I got IMDN coming becasue of the layout, designer, art, lcd, cranking stern spike system and history with great music pins. I have AS now, had ACDC and would get one back, Met is coming this week, Kiss is great but too similar to AS which I have.

I don’t know IMDN music well but I like what I hear so far the more I dig in. I think it is great pinball music!

Folks say - I don’t want any more music pins! But look at their history and future. They don’t like playing AS, ACDC, MET, KISS and soon IMDN? Maybe we are just on different ends of the spectrum. I will stay over on my side then. Bring on IMDN and also Ozzy, VH, the Crue, LED Zep and Hendrix!

Watch some live performances from the 80’s on youtube and crank up the volume and you will like Iron Maiden! Bruce Dickinsin is effing awesome!

me too. I'm gonna wait to the see the Pre now before buying a Pro as this game will be a keeper and I think the Powerslave style will work the best overall, plus why not get the extras? either way I can't wait.

As an LE owner, I hope not - but these being the options makes sense in a lot of ways including fulfilling the rumored Power Slave themed artwork on the Premium.

Don't let lack of airtime tell you what's good and what isn't. Iron Maiden is one of the most disrespected artists of all time when it comes to radio play in the US.

Jared did a live video of the banner zeroing in on the upper portion. Everyone assumes the fighter jet but that moon is there also and could be the LE portion on the bottom. I’d like number of the beast cabinet sides and red armor matches beast.

Doesn't look like what I would consider a "battlefield" to me. In fact nothing on this banner does. As an LE preorderer I would be happy with this photo posted above a in mirrored glass.

I have no idea, and my guess is solely based on the rumours on the forum, but I'd be very satisfied with this art. I hope its at least this good!

But the aspect ratio of this is WAY off from Stern's "widescreen" translites, so it would have to be re-drawn or the elements repositioned (it it was layered digital art). Seems unlikely.

If the art has been completely drawn from scratch by Zombie Yeti, there’s no reason it would be like any of those images except the Stern flyer, so don’t get too excited.

Edit: I agree the Blue cannon battlefield image would be a fantastic backglass.

I think the premium powerslave art theme is gonna be a real standout.

Very interesting: this would mean the artwork for the Premium and LE has been right under our noses! It's been combined for the translite of the Pro! But wait, the art on the right half of the Pro's translite is *not* "battlefield" themed, particularly.

Now I'm *really* worried, as I don't much like Trooper Eddie on horseback. Eddie is such a ferocious beast in Maiden lore that he would have slaughtered any horse that was foolish enough to get near him. I don't care for the cloud-like apparitions behind him, either. It is battlefield though, and to me that's worrisome.

Am I the only one who doesn’t care about what artwork is going to be on the LE? Totally don’t give a rats, I just want it in the games room.

As someone not steeped into Iron Maiden lore, I think the horseback Eddie looks pretty sweet. Not a fan of the band at all, but they do have pretty cool art associated with them. Iron Maiden fans really hit the motherlode with this pin. I might just have to learn to like their music . . .

I am not buying into the banner has something to do with the art. This Metallica banner came out when the pin first did as well it's just a promotional banner. Really hope the that plane pic is not it

Turn on „The Trooper“! Do you hear the Bass? The song is about a cavalary attack and what you hear are the trampling horses the Bass line is simulating. I don‘t think Eddie on the horse will be the LE artwork. But it would fit the Song.

I played this. Phenomenal. It will go down as one of the best pinball machines by Stern. The only gripe, the animation graphics of the LCD are inconsistent in resolution. The animation of mummy lock looks like a ps4. The flight of Icarus looks like it’s from Nintendo.
