Couldn't license the Jeep wrangler?
Quoted from Hollywoodbone:Man..........
Let's just wait and see Greg!
It'll still look good next to our LWJP!
Quoted from delt31:Looks like DE 2.0. Looks good though although cabinet art......not sure. Excited to see this in action.
Bottom line though - they're releasing Jurassic Park. That's fantastic.
Yeah, raptor tri-ball, feed t-rex, chaos mode, and smart missle.
Quoted from Darscot:I grabbed mine because it's cheap and Greg Bone talked how good it was. It's great I totally enjoy it and always go back for more. The rule set is not super deep or anything and I never play it for points. You just keep trying to work your way through it and its tough. There are lots of modes but they are all kinda the same make the shots to start the mode and make the shots to work your way through. Its full featured, shaker, magnets, multiple toys, you cant go wrong for the price.
I love it too, and Darscot's colordmd looks great in it!
Quoted from benheck:Jurassic Park is to millenials what Star Wars is to Gen X. They worship the movie, probably because they saw it when young and didn't realize how much better the book was
It's super popular in the 25-35 year old crowd. You know, the people who actually go to barcades? The next generation we hope gets into pins?
I still think Stranger Things would have been smarter but if you MUST make a JP game yes the 1993 one is smart.
I WISH they would've made it based on the books!
But yeah I'm 35 and it is my favorite franchise.
Quoted from PanzerFreak:Seems like it probably locks at the left ramp when the jaw lowers to grab the ball. That's what I'm hoping for, would be cool. Also, there's a dinosaur or two on the artwork that isn't from the 1st movie. I wonder if the pin covers the entire original trilogy or just the first film?
I don't understand why there is spinosaurus on the LE translight and over the right sling.
Also the premium translight Raptors have spines on the head like JP3.
Quoted from wfumed2:This game needs a mosquito trapped in amber shooter rod.
Ha, I was just thinking the same thing last night. Good call.
Quoted from Coz:Here you go Greg- You can get a Jeep Wrangler with the LE
[quoted image]
Ha!
Quoted from Whysnow:I likely missed it.
Did this actually happen?
It's all aboutThe big Lebowski
Quoted from Hollywoodbone:Yeah it’s odd because it’s a pre produced video. I could understand a stream being rescheduled if a mech or something was acting up but not a release of pics and video.
They are frantically reworking the cabinet art packages! Awe included!
Quoted from sk8ball:That shot is not meant to be loopable but rather loop->ramp combo for which you are awarded a tower combo. You CAN loop it but it whips around pretty fast compared to maiden.
Yep! I'd rather keep the speed and momentum going and only stop the ball if needed. An unlit scoop is generally not very satisfying to shoot.
There are 3 T-rex Thrash- throw settings. Random, pops, never. If you are worried about breaking wireforms then set it to off
Looks great can't wait!
Haven't been this excited for a pin in 65 million years.
Quoted from Fytr:Well they wanted to use the Jeep because your like a park employee, not a tourist.
And the Jeeps in the movie were just maintenance vehicles, the new one is more of a hardcore rescue/off road vehicle.
At least that's how I'm looking at it.
Quoted from bemmett:I've never really been sold on buying by watching an early stream of a pin...........until now. I am in on Prem or LE, that dino head is AWESOME and game and rules look amazing already! Sounds/music seem good but I can definitely see someone making them even better in the future.
With a profile pic like that you better get the LE it's already got your team colors!
Quoted from PtownPin:Good intel...how do you know that? Did they mention it on the video stream?
Post #2157 of this very thread.
Quoted from wesman:Yeah, I'm assuming he's also never leaving prison for the rest of his life.
And if you plan on leaving it off, )though you can also select it to drop onto the wireform) maybe just go for the Pro.
From what Keith said the three settings are off position, wang dongling random drop position, and direct wireform drop position.
He didn't use those words exactly, mind you.
I think the 3 settings are just for the "thrash and throw" feature.
1. Random
2. Into the pops every time
3. Off
With it "off" the default is to just drop it on the wireform. As in dropping on the wireform is not considered "thrash and throw".
Turning the "drop on wireform" off is probably a separate setting to just disable the trex interaction all together.
