Both games will have their fans and neither is a big standout at this point for what they represent. It's about personal considerations and preferences, so consider these points.
Theme is important to most people.
SW has less toys on the PF and is much more of a flow game (less stop and go). The LCD integration is great with voice and movie assets.
GOTG has a more toys and stuff on the PF and has less flow. The LCD integration is early but the community is saying no voice assets.
You can always buy and sell if a pin doesn't work out for you. And if you don't want to do that because you will lose some money then you should either travel to go play them or wait to see what shakes out.
