You are definitely going to need to play a bunch of games in the price range you are willing to spend. You are not likely to find any with fancy exploding toys, but you could find some with ramps. Be aware that not all the machines are good buys at shows, the last one I went to had some grossly overpriced games. One was almost double my estimated street value and was a real turnoff because it was peppered with rainbow puke LEDs. If you can, I would recommend taking a friend or meeting up with someone you trust to help evaluate prior to purchasing.
