I have same problem as you also the movie on the chrystal ball is working sometimes sometimes is freeze and it's only grey color on the lcd, someone know what to do with this?

I have the 1.22 and nothing appear when I hit the flipper button but when the game is started I have sometimes movie but like I said it freeze and it come after grey and after this it seem like the LCD is close
Please help
