Sorry to add a dissenting voice...
I think the standard clock (prototype or production face) stands out enough without standing out too much, if that makes sense. TZ already has a lot of stuff on the playfield, even more when you add mods which most people have.
I watched the video posted above and my feelings were that the mirrored clock face loses a lot of clarity (on the face), as well as the overall sublimity of the clock itself. Because it essentially just becomes a reflection of everything on the playfield according to your point of view, like mirror blades, it both sortof disappears but also dominates (not in a good way) what you see. Unlike mirror blades though that are outside your point of view when you're playing - this isn't.
I'm also not a fan of the non-OEM symbols around the clock either, or the totally different face design.
I think flynnibus sums it up perfectly when he said "But I miss some of the contrast or 'mass' the clock face gives the clock".
That being said - it's a great feat of ingenuity and looks very well made.
