Played it and think the magnets are more responsive. Great update

Got some games in on my pro, couple of thoughts:

1. It's nice the Woodbury light doesn't blink the entire time now.

2. Arena is better now. You can actually get some points.

3. Combo scoring is a game changer now that it's worth more. I can combo left ramp to barn for close to a mil. relatively safely. Might be a grindy way to get points but I bet you see it in tourneys.

I played one test game and ended up at 650mil. Pretty good game. I had all features played and terminus ready as well as blood bath ready. I knocked the targets down and bloodbath started. I am not sure if terminus also started or if I got screwed out of it because by the time blood bath was over, riot was already running. I didn't notice any new calls but I did hear some improved sounds. Too much frenzy to see any DMD animations.

Timing out Horde is now a bad move. I just watched a game that had a 900mil+ horde. (video will be posted soon) I realize its huge to bypass it if going for LMS but man there is some good scoring in Horde.

I had an error while occurring while playing bloodbath. I was playing ball 3 but had an extra ball in stock. When the last ball drained, a new game started at ball 1 with 0 points instead of the extra ball.

Hey guys, hope someone can help me out. I got my LE used. Cleland music/callouts already installed. I've now tried to update the code using 4 different USB sticks (all formatted for FAT 32), dipswitch 8 selected to on, etc etc. I've followed all steps. When I insert the USB stick into the board, it's recognized, but from there, absolutely nothing. Any suggestions/advice to help me sort out my code update?

I had update problems initially with my LE. Turned out to be a bad boot rom. Some had suggested "reseating" it . I had a lot of trouble just doing that , but it did work once. Eventually i had to get a new chip. The chip was bad.

If you reseat be careful and call Stern when u can.

It's finicky for sure - I only have one USB stick that works - an old 1GB.

Dig through that junk drawer and see if you have any old ones you can try with.

Disregard. If anyone else has the same problem....I read around on the forum and found a fix.

Turn off the pin. Make sure the dipswitch #8 is set to on. Plug in your USB. Turn on the pin. It should then recognize the file off your USB stick.

What is the adjustment # to have a multi kill count X2? Is it on by default?

How was BB triggered at the 4 minute mark? Hit very few drops. Love hitting those Barn mode shots.

I don't like cradling on MB, especially with more than 2 balls going. Not racking up walker kills, only got 32 on that ball, there is a progression you get and kills add up with the clock ticking and balls moving.

Not sure why i keep doing this. Probably because the George Bush voice and hokey call-outs have no place in TWD world.

After having Cleland update before the new game code is awesome but crazy how much it takes away from the game without the show callouts. Is Clelands paypal available? After using two of his updates I feel it is time to donate.

I'm thinking buy the pro and mod it. Best way or go primium?

What's your sound package about? I didn't care for the Cleland one. Instead of engaging calls like "there are a shitload of points on that ramp", "the only way through is that door" that tell you what you should be shooting, it just felt like random people talking through the game.

EZ Sounds described
All music sounds (that i edited) have added voices but nothing removed.
So all of the original music is there, unchanged.
Mode Music (will restart at begining after a pause in the game like woodbury or crossbow shot)
BARN - its ricks rappers delight as he tells you not to kill the living.
This is the only one i havent paid attention to barn (or mode) episode
specific items. Other callouts Merle, Daryl, Carol, Governor and CARL!
CDC - Sounds from when they reach the CDC. Rick pleading to get in works really
well with the music. He yells You're killing us! as the music ascends.
RIOT - Merle adds his HEY! along with the beat . Daryl has an exchange with Glen
and Herschel adds a manly touch to the end. There is some slight crackling
in this one.
TUNNEL- Starts with Tara trapped under a rock in the tunnel telling glen to
get out. This one plays like a heavy metal song with the screaming,
and crescendos with the sound of gunfire and eventual rescue. abraham
and Eugene as well as Sasha are heard.
ARENA - Doesnt always start at the beginning but Gov says FIGHT TO THE DEATH!
The rest is unchanged but sounds outside of that are provided as a supplement.
When you hit the arena shot , you should hear Merle (kick his ass one handed or
no handed as well as "i will do what i gotta do") or Andrea (dont do this).Some governor quotes
Woodbury- Daryl taunts you and if you wait long enough Merle tells you to
"kiss my lily white ass".
Crsbow- Daryl says "Take the shot , clean in the brain from here"
Prison Multi - Governor saying "LIAR!" is featured, as well as "Just look at the flowers"
in time with the music. Daryl and Herschel are heard.
Match Sequence- Rick "We tell ourselves , that we are the Walking Dead"
lightning and thunder added as match number revealed.(works great with SUB).
All other orignal sounds are intact.
Tilt - Beth says Its Bullsh*t for each danger and Flr of NYC fame tells you the game sucks when u tilt.

EDIT : my version is built on top of millhouses and supplemented with callouts i liked. All of the game specific callouts should still be in there.

Are we sure Horde ever times out? I love watching those Helicopter bombs, a few 48 mill hits and a 148 mill shot.

Go premium, keep it stock minus a shaker and sub and mod it out Over time.

The primium is $1800 more correct? You get the cross bow....ramp up bash toy..,extra magnet....everything else is bling. Is it worth the extra money?

I think the real thing you get is Walker bombs.

Well how much in mods were you planning on spending on the pro? And as aurich says, you get walker bombs! Game changing. And the price difference between the 2 versions should be more about $1500.

Quite a game. I cant tell you how many times my machine would have STDM and drained on either side where your machine didn't. I gotta post a video of me playing soon.
