I would wait and do the LED changing wire. pinballlooking has been testing the prototype

If you're going all-out, I would wait. While waiting, there are plenty of mods to keep you busy: arcade mod, woofer, decals, LEDs, topper, playfield toys, and the list goes on.

Definately wait. Today we can send programmed colors to fiber optic lighting on a PRO. I am also testing this and its just awesome.

In the near future, the intelligent solution will be available to sync the games with the modes/lamps. See the separate thread for videos/info.

I had the EL wire on my Tron I sold it the next day after installing Eli fiber optic ramps.
It looks so good and you can even change the colors and behavior of the colors without being a programmer.
I agree with the above comments lots of other mods to put on Tron.
I have black mirror blades just waiting to be installed on mine.

I would try to get the arcade cabinet mod! I got mine from pinballlooking. It even went bad after a few plays and he sent me out a new one. It adds to the wow factor.

Get the arcade mod first. That's what most folks comment on when they first play Tron.

"I love the Pacman arcade there. Is that part of the game?"

That is funny that is what I thought when I first saw it. It is the tank maze part.
