You can rebuild the flippers, but another likely solution is that the end-of-stroke switch is pushing open too soon and cutting off power to the flipper too early. You can adjust this switch under the playfield.

If it's misaligned, that may very well have something to do with it and I would stop use until you get it corrected to avoid more playfield wear.

Drill out the front door lock, it costs around $6 for a good replacement.

(If your lock has the ID inscripted on the front of the lock that may be a possibility though, but usually not all that worth it to find/order a key unless the lock is original then maybe)
