First off have art like SBM. Theme it like if your in a pin tournament. Have 5 or 6 modes all completely different, as if you playing a completely different machine. All the scoring would change, as if you playing a completely different machine. all ramps and kickouts exc exc... the sounds could be completely different as if your playing a EM, system 11 ,DMD or what ever. You could put in credits for as many players you want and play full games per player. The two players with highest score would play a championship game with two modes. Where they can each pick a mode. I know you guys could come up with some more ideas.
