Quoted from Jean-Luc-Picard:No one watches TV or Cable anymore.
I have not had cableTV in years.
Don't miss it one bit, and the HDTV that comes off the rooftop antenna is 1000x better resolution than Comcraps downrezed fake HD.

Quoted from Nokoro:Is this going to be another thing I have to pay for in addition to Netflix, Amazon and cable just to watch this series?
I think they said every episode will be on kat.cr for free.
Quoted from Nokoro:but I'm not going to pay individually for every channel.
That was everyone's dream for the last 30 years; "I only want to pay for the cable channels I watch....screw ESPN, FOX, HSN, Golf, OWN, LOGO"
On average, Americans get 189 cable TV channels and only watch 17, because most of them are pure crap.
Quoted from Rick432:In-theater movie previews/coca-cola ads?
When they started showing commercials in theaters, we used to take in air horn cans and honk through them.
Now I skip all previews entirely, because the promotion people are too dumb to not give away every surprise the movie has during the preview....
Quoted from MustangPaul:and how many theaters did you get thrown out of?
My friends and I would sit in opposite corners and honk away.
The audience was laughing along with us as the ushers would be searching down every row with their flashlights.
Can't do it any longer cuz they have IR cameras to watch for people recording, but it was a blast for a while.
Quoted from Zitt:IR Cameras won't help find a hidden honker.
You have not seen where I hide the honker
