Immaculate condition. Woof.

Would love to salvage this, if possible. Gotta build something temporary to house the electronics from the backbox, see if things at least work…

Yikes. At least it came with some garbage bags. Good luck with that.

Minor blemish!!
Strange that you have decals installed on the cab??? It appears someone fixed it up at some point.

Can it be saved?
Yes, I’ve fixed up a machine in similar condition.

Should it?
Depends. Was this shipped to you with the legs on and the shipping company completely destroyed it? In that case you should hit them like a freight train and get paid out. THEN rebuild the entire machine.

Or

Was this machine a shipping damaged game/involved in some major shipping accident (like the truck crash posted a couple weeks ago) and you purchased what remains as salvage?

looks like a fun project to me. The key is not to be in a hurry.

I bought this game in great condition, and had it shipped on legs w/ Beltmann…and it happened to then end up being a game that was unfortunately in that very shipment that crashed in Montana a few weeks ago

I’ve seen worse. At least the PF looks Ok.

The rest is just general carpentry skills.

I recently rebuilt a Pool Sharks that had had water leaking onto it for a month.

New cabinet bottom, some 2” screws, some long clamps and a lot of PVA glue later, it’s looking like new again.

Most importantly - try and get a payout from the shippers so that the pin owes you $0. In my case, I ended up getting the pin for free and all my shipping covered (for the whole shipment of other stuff too) so it worked out quite nicely.

I was about to say, I saw this one for sale on Facebook a while back. I remember because of the blue door and the crazy cabinet decals
