Also not a fan of the skull, and to be honest the "hand" looks more like a claw/talon, though I'm sure it looks exactly the way you wanted it to - not questioning your talent at all, just giving honest feedback.
And yes, though most of us old timers have tired of the "pinball wizard" moniker, i bet there are many newbies who love it, and would wear the shirt proudly.
