They are the correct flippers. They are getting replaced as they are cracked and not just dirty

Hopefully you can find an unfaded BG to set it all off after you're done with the restore.
Or, you could always hand paint a new one...
(That- or at least mask off and repaint the sun and the red stripes in the title.)
