Received my order today. DHL for the win. Everything looks great! Very nice sizing chart, beautiful sticker and great packaging. I really like the mini Titan labels on the baggies. They are a nice touch! I can wait to see the GITD rubbers installed. They are already radiant!

Thank you! I'll put up after pics once installed!

Went with purple on teal for my WC94. Was second guessing at first....but it turned out really nice. And plays amazing now with them.

Changed the flipper rubber on my X-Men to purple (low bounce) to better match the plastics and art in this area. Looks and feels great, the ball is easier to catch.

Titan orange in the upper flipper came with the game.

Hey all! Just a heads up... We were recently notified that we have a batch of 2 1/2" glow in the dark rings that do not glow. This would be orders from about the beginning of October and on. They are disabled in the store for now and we are working to resolve the issue. If you are affected just hang tight for now, but we will absolutely replace any affected product as soon as we can. Due to the mfg process, covid and the holidays it might be mid January before we can ship replacements. I'll keep updating here as we figure it out.

Thanks,
Eric

Just received my order today. It too was stuck in Texas for six days. USPS is the issue. I have other USPS shipments sitting in other cities around the country.

Bummer. I noticed the GITD flipper rubbers I bought recently were a much darker green than the plunger tip rubber. I haven't looked at them in the dark yet. I'll test them out tonight and report back.

My GITD rubbers are glowing strong!

I'll have to check mine, but I don't have a reference point. Is it only the 2 1/2" that were affected? I think I ordered in early November.

Anyone having an issue with the purple rings tearing? Seems post passes just eat through these things. I’ve gone through 3 rings in 2 months on my ghostbusters.
Calls for 2” the first set didn’t last 2 weeks. I ordered another set and also 2&1/4” to see if that helps going up a size and the ball is just crushing through the rubber.
Before I get lit up, the post is smooth, nothing snagging the rubber and I’ve done the light gentle stretching before installing and pinching on the edges as suggested.

What is the time frame to do a claim on a lost package? My order has been less than 10 miles from me and have yet to get it. Not Titans falt but dont want to lose money. It has been back and forth to the distribution center 3 times. Was shipped on the 6th. USPS SUCKS!!

I just installed a set of purple on my WC94 a few weeks ago. We have been playing the crap out of it. Ill keep an eye on the slings and see how they are holding up.

Different vendor, but I ordered something on December 6th that was shipped 2 day priority. It just showed up today. Don't lose hope!

Call me crazy. I really debated on color for my Deadpool Premium. Red was too obvious and too much red. Thought about yellow. Thought about Blue. Went with GREEN!!!

Eric mentioned below

Quoted from Titan_Pinball:

I use isopropyl alcohol to clean the rings. I have been known to use Honda cleaner polish as well. They sell it at the Honda cycle shops...

Try 2-1/2. Then just get used to rotating them every few hundred plays.

#2823 3 years ago

2" is too tight for slingshots on any game I have found. Stepping the size up to 2-1/2" resolves the issue and the rings last for a very long time. I think the manuals in old Sega games also used to call for 2" rings. I have no idea why, as it's terrible advice.

#2824 3 years ago

if 2-1/2" is too sloppy (Tron and Metallica, new Gnr, etc...) then we do have a 2-1/4" as well.

#2825 3 years ago

Just replaced the mis-sized mess of rings in my Devil's Dare with Titan greens. Other than the fact i forgot to order rings for the star posts, it's s playing and looking great.

I just got some replacement Titan Stern Slim Tapered post sleeves. Does the tapered (slim) end go on the bottom of the post or the top?

Do you have a european reseller?
Shipping overseas is a nightmare in covidtimes

We do have resellers in Europe. FlipperLED in France, pinballshop.nl in the Netherlands, and Freddy’s pinball paradise in Germany. We also have pinball Haus in Australia.

noticing my 2 1/2s for my slings are too big for my NGG and Wonka. ball is getting stuck trying to pass through inlanes. what size bands do yall recommend for these smaller slings?

thx

For NGG, the manual lists them as 2" not 2 1/2". I recently replaced all mine and don't have an issue.

2 1/4” is best for Titan. Should let the ball pass and won’t break as quickly.

Another set coming my way for AFM Remake SE
-Titans ordered-Been good to me,A couple breaks here and there..order a couple extras of the sizes you buy in the first place-easy stuff-
I like the black Titans on my machines-
Titans = No gunky black rubber dust all over the playfields that is left when those old school black rubbers dry out = Win

Had a conversation about rubber color yesterday, and it made me wonder: is there any demand for off-white, sort of a light cream color? I could see this being useful for older titles whose natural rubber was not a perfect white even from the factory. The modern benefits of silicone with the look of period-correct rubber supply.

I don't know if this has been brought up in the last 56 pages or not, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.
