If it is Die Hard, Bruce Willis won't be on it, he wants crazy money for his image rights from what I heard. Without him, it would be pretty pointless

That's the story as I understand it.
Maybe the license isn't actually fully approved and that is the hold up? I's to be dotted and T's to be crossed is my guess - hence why the game isn't on the website either.
