I'm not far from you and shopped around a few years ago for better pricing. Most places were $40+. I wound up buying in bulk and it still ended up costing me about $35/sheet by the time I had it delivered. I know some guys in the area were doing bulk purchases from NJ but they had to go get it... I think they were paying around $28.
I've still got a decent stash of sheets left if you are in a pinch and want to stop down. I could also leave them for you at the PinCrossing...
