Just installed a pinscore display in my Funhouse and only get one segment lit (see photo) swapped original display in and it works fine so all connections are correct. Is there something I need to do to calibrate(?) the pinscore

Possibly.
Instructions are vague at best.
Disconnected ribbon to eliminate that from the equation, then booted game. Pressed test button and got no results, just blank screen.
The green led on the pinscore does light up when 5v is connected.
Metered 4.89v at connector
Tried brightness all the way both directions
Thanks for the input guys, I was hoping it was just user error but it looks like it might be defective.
I sent an Email to Ks arcade today to see what the next step is.

I contacted Ks arcade this morning. He thinks its a bad unit but is out of stock for exchange. He told me to contact Marcos, as that is who supplies them to him.
Waiting to hear back from Marcos...
