Quoted from MJR8peanut:

you’ve obviously never watched SDTM
Zach i couldn’t agree with u anymore. we buy these games because they are so great so we won’t want to sell them and we don’t care if the value goes down a little because of a little pooling. it doesn’t affect gameplay. just play your fucking pinball!
MJR

But eventually we do sell them and the value goes down a lot not a little. There are plenty of Huo games to choose from. Noone is going to buy a game with chipped playfield with bad clear or rippling wood when they can buy one without those problems. Fixing the problem means a playfield swap $1000 and a new playfield $500. So you’re looking at a huge loss when you try to sell your messed up game. My Woz had these issues and I had to finally sell it for about $1000 less than the going rate.
There is no way I would even touch one of these defective games unless I got at least a $1000 discount and probably not even then.

I played this game last night for a few hours, I will reserve judgement on the premium/le because not having the projector completely changes the game, I would imagine. Without the projector, you get a static image on a big billboard that takes up a ton of space. Not a big problem if it was located in the back of the playfield, but it is in the middle. The code so far is everything I would expect from Sterns worst programmer. Code is horrible at this point.

The main objective is to knock down the drops in front of the Gorgonzola. (Pun intended because the main toy is cheesy.) Flipping at full strength will get you SDTM. You must cradle and then flick the flippers with weak shots. Once the drive in theater moves and you get that ramp as big as Eric Greggs ass/strikezone (google it), you must shoot your ass beads into the anus of whatever thing that is.

Here is how it should have gone down. The pro gets the premium treatment of whatever that projector thing is. The premium/LE gets an upgrade to the Gorgonzola. That things gaping anus stays shut until you bash it a number of times. Each time you bash it, it shakes/rattles. Eventually, it’s initially closed mouth opens. Then you you shoot your balls into it’s mouth for the win. Hell, this could have been a Python Angelou classic. In other words, Stern cheapened out again on the mechs to save 100 bucks. Do yourself a favor and get Jurassic Park, which is great, or else wait for the next one.

Quoted from ZMeny:

Nah too much effort and no pay. I’ll stick with bullshitting with you as a friend

I’ve known two clinical psychologists. My best friends sister and my aunt. They both had serious drug addictions, and were crazy AF. Almost as crazy as my Psychiatrist cousin. Now he is a real nut job.

I will tell you this... since I got my JP2 LE, I haven't even turned on any other machine in my collection (other than for ambient lighting in the room). This game is just so AMAZEballs!! I am still having a blast with it. I even drop quarters into the PRO that is on location where I play every now and again!! Still loving this title!!

It’s the Best Stern in years. But for every JP2, there is a Munsters. It’s hit or miss with Stern.

The one worrying thing they said, and they said it with a tinge of criticism:

Plays like a JJP.

Translation: slow and floaty?

Quoted from Yelobird:

Trust me this game is Anything but slow or floaty. In their video they were describing the flipper feel not the game speed.

That’s good news. It looks really cool. I’m with them on JJP flipper feel. I really wish they could make them feel better, crisper and more responsive. Not sure how they could do that, but wish they would work on it.

People downvoting someone for promoting their products in their own thread , man ... wankers .

Oh, I’m a wanker no doubt. Your sister and mother are witness to that.

Your wife thought so. She’s a special girl. I’d be lost without her.

Thank god she likes men with small penises.

I wouldn't throw stones , you don't know how to spell .
You're sister - should be - Your sister

Correct. It was definitely your sister. Tell her I’m sorry.

Quoted from ZMeny:

Ugh. I just realized that some people on Pinside are incapable of enjoying life.

Actually, that was the problem. I had an edible last night for the first time in forever and enjoyed life a little too much. Coming down now. When the mods wake up I’m sure the hammer will fall on me. I was just messing around. Try not too take it personal.
