Very entertaining show! Glad I’m in on a CE after watching this. The production graphics at the start when you fly down the guitar with the SDTM logo is very impressive and both my dad and brother are in that field. Bravo.

Trust me this game is Anything but slow or floaty. In their video they were describing the flipper feel not the game speed.

That’s good news. It looks really cool. I’m with them on JJP flipper feel. I really wish they could make them feel better, crisper and more responsive. Not sure how they could do that, but wish they would work on it.

Enough to buy an SE anyway.

FYI, the TBL community is strong in supporting this machine. Spare harddrives and motherboards I have been selling plus a number of mods! (Including the spare parts for the machine you bought from Dan in WI). Rensh and sd_tom have been great in supporting.

I have owned a lot of the latest Stern LEs which are great and you can tell they are high volume manufacturer- but that theme integration on TBL is awesome, toys are great too. Hopefully the code bump promised by end of the year comes true (Barry needs to shell out some cash to Koen for a healthy code update). Add to code and fix a few machine bugs.

This will put a great machine into the top 10 - in like my opinion dudes.

I THINK their review was fairly spot-on. The weird thing was how their score-weighting caused TBL to rank below lesser games (IMHO). If the review score is a measure of desirability, I'd bet their own 'This or That' segment would show that the final game scoring hasn't aged well or something.

I have to agree that both Alien and big lebowski is deserving of someone picking up and completing thoose two code, quality wise great themes and Machines.

Nice episode Cary! You are brave. I have not done a full tear-down rebuild like this. Very impressive. I bought a hardtop and hope to install it in my SoF some day.

Godzilla is spot on a blast to play and extremely under rated. I’d say LAH could use some more attention. RBION could be sent up higher on pinside top 100.

No Shadow?? One of the most under-rated masterpieces of all time.

I liked the video but wish the list didn’t have games that were just released in the past couple years as underrated since they are so new. I liked seeing Radical on there and would have been more interested in seeing what games made the list that have some age to them.

I would 100% agree with Wonka as being the best JJP game which is funny with all the GNR hype going on.. GNR doesnt play great, srry.

I would have put Stern Star Wars on there also but maybe that one gets enough love now.

Its a hard game and not easy to learn so no way in hell anyone is going to like it right off.

I love the list except for Popeye. If I were to put a 90s B/W game in its place, I would pick NBAFB.

For newer games I’d agree with Star Wars as well. I didn’t care for it when it first came out but love the comic version.

Star Wars is the new Iron Man.

Pretty similar in that they were bitched and moaned about for a year or two until people played them enough to get whats going on.

Both are top five all time for me as far as fast hard games go.

My general metric for underrated is, "Have I bought it for $750 before?"

Shadow was firmly in that class until I made the mistake of making the shadow plastics superset and everyone was able to replace formerly unobtanium plastics cheaply all at once. It never went below $1500 from that point on.

Another pin that's underrated is Johnny Mnemonic. So few people have played one, and even fewer have played one with a properly-working hand. JM has one of the coolest Midnight Madness modes, too.

Actually, it would take a while to experience them all to do it, but you should do a top 10 midnight madness modes. Pretty sure Munsters would be the best MM version, but there are a number of good ones out there. You'd have to roll Star Wars back to the one version that had it to see that one though...
