As of July 1st there is a new place to play pinball inside Yorktown Mall in Lombard, IL. A healthy mix of old and new pinball plus a wide variety of driving games, shooting games, fighting games, and classic arcades for your non-pinball playing friends and loved ones. It's called The Game Show. As of opening they have 17 pinball including 6 of the most recent Stern machines. It's a good time to be into the silverball!!!!!

Looks like a nice lineup!

(I call the spacing in that last pic "people will definitely hang out between the machines while their friends are playing".)

The owner used to operate Chicago Street Pinball in downtown Joliet. He should get a lot more traffic at this location. I can't remember when Yorktown last had an arcade (20+ years). Love the fact that this is 5 min from
my house!

20 minutes from Galloping Ghost Pinball. Lots of pinball in that area now.

I was actually in Yorktown Mall by chance yesterday and somehow missed it! I'll have to go back and check it out.

The street address is 203 Yorktown Center in Lombard, IL. It is inside the mall on the first floor near the JC Penney and the UFC Gym. Pace bus has several routes that make a Yorktown Mall stop. Routes 313, 322, 674, 715, 722, 834, 874. Those bus routes cover a significant portion of the chicago area. Check Pace's website for details

More pinball near the northwest burbs makes me a happy camper! Granted now I don't have a reason to get down to Joliet for some Chicken 'N Spice.
