I went on the web and saw a few reviews of this Cleveland location. Sounds like they had some busy first days if you will. The common theme though is don’t go there for pinball. Same things that have been said here in this thread. Games not turned on, broken, not maintained well and very little room in that part of the establishment. Again, just can’t figure out that when this is one of the aspects of the business one is promoting how one could let them be in such a condition?? Guess I’m stupid for sure.
Would think that there would be an arrangement with a local tech in the area that would service them. Maybe as long as the taps are flowing they don’t care. Probably much higher profit margin on the drinks. If this is the case then they are just another bar. Why try and differentiate oneself with all the neat aspects of the business and then let those aspects fall apart. Especially when the business is new in the area?
Even out by me there is a Round 1 and they have about ten sterns and I have yet to see any turned off or play that poorly. Ok. Enough of my rant
