I used a Dremel with a little cutting wheel attachment. It worked fine but wanted to "melt" the plastic a little, but came off with no issues.

Yeah I don't understand the frustration with this mod. It's our games(Love mine BTW Hooked!), so why does it matter? If someone feels "ashamed" from a competition/rules perspective for having this mod then they may need to re-evaluate some things in life. This is supposed to be FUN! Lets keep it that way lol
