Alex, this is mad! I was going to buy SEVERAL LED displays from you (I was complimenting you last week) but this is simply insane what you are doing. In order to get our business you are going to have to do something incredible to redeem yourself. Otherwise our entire fleet of route games will continue using plasma displays, and any other replacement parts you would otherwise offer. Sorry but you have really screwed the pooch over this whole Thunderbirds thing.
Well since it seems redemption won't be happening, I wish you good luck without the richest continent in the world supporting you. I will have ABSOLUTELY no trouble sourcing parts from others. I was prepared to say, "Shut up and take my money" because he seems to be developing great products. We were prepared to spend hundreds. But no, instead I was blatantly discriminated against by someone with a flawed argument who can't take mild criticism on a public forum. Now can we please close this thread?
Stop changing the website. Now he removed the "idiots with small minds" comment and added "The very next problem I have with a PP chargeback will result in it being removed as a payment option entirely." You already shot one foot, might as well take the other with it!

To me excluding 99% of your potential customers just to whine over what the other 1% is doing is more of a financial burden and reputation nuke than anything.

He claims it's not a money problem yet complains that the reason is about PayPal chargebacks. Which is honestly a non-issue, he's the first guy I've ever seen to complain about such a thing.

Seems dated to say the least. Look at ColorDMD, JJP, MarsaPlay. Seems like it should at least have an LCD. Even DMD Extender with its limited colorizing options looks as good or better than ColorDMD in many cases.
