I look at this objectively. It is clearly not everyone's cup of tea. I personally like it better when the playfield is a bit darker. The flasher effects and the blinking inserts stand out a lot better if the playfield is not over illuminated.
I mean who wants to watch fireworks in the day. There is a reason why they are fired up at the evening or at night when it's dark.
But what bothers me most is the weird lightning on the metal ramps this mod does. It reminds me of a christmas tree. Just too much bling. But to each their own.
