Just wanted to give Scott a shout out for extreme customer service. He went out of his way to call me to ensure I got my pinstadiums working after having multiple issues on setup. It was my first time installing on a Wonka LE and he was extremely patient with me throughout my tirade of questions. Table is finally perfect !! This is a must have mod for all wonka owners.

Congratulations and I was more than happy to get you going. After your first set it’s a breeze and Wonka is a “little” different than standard machines. Job well done and thanks again for your support!

PS: Pinside seems to be rotating pics when uploading. I have fixed it so others can see it better.

Here is Alice Cooper's Nightmare Castle Without and With Pinstadium at 100% brightness- color is set to a sort of cyan with a touch of green which I prefer for this game. It really captures the mood IMO. I didn't have time to get the perfect pic with the exact same number of inserts lit in attract mode in both pics (for those who may say that I purposely took the pics to favor pin stadium. At any rate, The GIs are on in both pics so it's pretty damn close.)

Our Patent Pending Pin Stadium lights are Wifi controllable with via our iPhone/Android app and work on any machine. They self generate their own Wifi signal so that you can connect to them with your mobile device via our IOS/Android app. This is something that's never been done before and brings life and tons of quality lighting to your game to places that previously could never be reached. No more chasing dark spots on the playfield with LED bulbs or spotlights. Those days are over now. When you are playing you can't even see our kits are installed, but your eyes can surely see the results of the glowing playfield. You can now play in complete darkness with no need for overhead lighting whatsoever.
The kit installs in just a few minutes without any tools or drilling using our Magna-Mount system (mounts on the inside upper wall above the playfield down the entire length of the pinball cabinet just below the glass). Plus they are easily removed for maintenance when raising the playfield and can be moved to other machines if you sell yours. Just like you would do with a your ColorDMD. In addition they maintain the factory look due to the stealth mount and you have endless control with bright RGB and independent white LED lighting that is embedded in between. This gives you over 16 million color options and with separate white lighting control which allows you to choose how bright you want your playfield. The app has the ability to also color match the lighting color using your camera on your phone. Simply take a picture in the app of let's say a specific spot of your playfield and it matches the lighting to that color!
Charlie from Spooky saw them on our website on his Rob Zombie he said the results they were "Damn Impressive!"
If you are interested in more details feel free to visit our website at www.pinstadium.com for more information or shoot us an email at info@pinstadium.com
The flasher integration is dazzling but more importantly the GI module allows the Pin Stadiums to sync with the pinball machine's GI for a very cinematic and theatrical effect that goes with the lighting in all modes. It keeps the originally designer's GI control in place and then steps it up to whole new level.
Attached are a few Before and Afters from our website gallery: http://pinstadium.com/gallery/

That’s awesome to see them installed on this machine!! I am glad you are happy. I corrected the orientation of the image as Pinside has been rotating them for some reason.

I like your choice of colors and brightness you chose in the app top. Works really nice with the artwork on Star Wars the Pin home edition.

What a dramatic difference with pinstadium on star wars home pin. Before and after

Love the before and after results on your Star Wars pinball, wow!!

--

Great news!!!

The brand new Omega Plus+ that launched a couple weeks ago got a tremendous response. As mentioned in the initial press release, it would be about 2 weeks to ship and guess what?? ALL of the orders shipped out already this week and they are landing in gamerooms as we speak. For those of you that might be wondering what this new product is:

https://pinstadium.com/product/pin-stadium-pinball_led_lights_omega/

Thanks again for the overwhelming response for this new addition to the Pin Stadium family of products. Also, the good news is that these will NOW be available and in stock with NO wait.

I will be updating the website today to remove the 2 week delayed shipping period. So "Same Day" shipping Omega Plus+ is official.

Woohoo, exciting stuff!!!

Thanks for getting back to me as that is very helpful as I update the instructions!!
Ok then even easier you can simply use the clips on the White/Red and Green on the distribution terminal for the RGB of the Royals. It’s located near the pop bumpers here. Just be sure to slide the protective sleeve of the clips all the way up to protect the connection or you can use some electrical tape around it just to be safe. Let me know how it goes.

Quoted from evh347:

Well, it's not the pretty install I imagined, but yes Scott, that does appear to work. Thanks for the speedy replies (as always).

Good news!! Now that tons of Pin Stadiums (and I mean tons) are getting installed on the new Chicago Gaming Company Medieval Madness Royal editions, I have updated the best locations to trigger the GI from that are now "pretty". Also they will sync 100% with the machine now.

Medieval Madness: https://pinstadium.com/installation-instructions-pin-stadiums/#1534622668759-c733018c-b205

*Note: For models made in 2020-up CGC has changed the wiring when the Royal Editions came out.  You will use either the  "Royal" or "Non-Royal" depending on which one you have.  All others made prior will be the "Original" installation listed on the bottom.

GI: Look in the area where the "Green" arrow is on the left side of the picture and then locate the connector labeled "GI3".  Next you will use insert the wire taps from behind(pressure fit them in with those wires) on the Black and Yellow wire then clip the black alligator clips from the Pin Stadium Blue and White cable.
Flasher:  In that same area located the connector labeled "FL17" (it is 2 connectors above the one you just did for the GI). Next you will use insert the wire taps on the Black and Yellow wire then clip the red alligator clips from the Pin Stadium Red and Green cable.  That's it for this part!!

Glad I waited to install on the Royal Edition
Appreciate you posting these pics

Quoted from Highscoresaves:

Glad I waited to install on the Royal Edition
Appreciate you posting these pics

You're welcome and this is a very clean trigger location with awesome GI integration as it will sync properly with the machine. The combination of the Pin Stadiums with the RGB Medieval Madness Royal GI is a killer combination. It it no way affects the power of the factory RGB as the Pin Stadiums light up the the factory artwork while the RGB of the machine does it's work still. Many have asked me this and then when they install they can confirm this

The MMR Royal must be a big hit with collectors as I have seen so many installs of the Pin Stadiums over the last couple weeks it has been insane.

I am glad that helped you out!

Well, this 3rd set is not installing as well as the others ...

The lights are staying green (I haven't been able to adjust) then shows me being offline.

Rebooted everything, even my router, no go....

Still can control the other games.

Stumped here. Need help.

Glad to help and I replied also to your PM too. I would suggest doing a factory reset, go to Step 3: “How Do I Add Pin Stadiums To My Wifi Network?” on this link:

https://pinstadium.com/app-faqs/

Once you reset them you should see the lights change through color sequences red, green, blue, and white. At that point you will see the “LEDNet******” network in your mobile device’s WiFi settings. Tap on that and connect to it. From there you should be good to go!

Let me know if you have any other questions or need help.

Quick thank you to Scott. He gave me a call and we discussed the issue I was having. Seems that I can only get 5ghz on my router. For some reason, I set up the other machines on it no issues. But this one did.

I was ready to throw in the towel. Scott suggested I make my color changes through the app without connecting to my wifi....I didn't think of that!

I just set them and forget them anyways, so this solution was ideal for me.

Appreciate all your help Scott. Awesome products and even more awesome support!

Scott at Pinstadium is very helpful. This was my first Install of Omegas and first time on a JJP Woz. He was very helpful and called me personally to troubleshoot. My fault I didn’t have the GI’s connected all the way. Looks 10x better and IMHO integrates so well with the gameplay. These should be stock on WOZ.

Most of the recommended settings are on this thread, but since it's really up to personal preference so it's hard to really say what will look best for most . However if you can post up what machine you are installing the Pin Stadiums pinball mods on then I can give you a suggestion here. There is a science to getting what I feel is the best results as follows for best results. I will share my steps when I install them on a machine:

------------------------------------------------

1. Turn off all lights in the room and make sure it is completely dark

2. Once connected to the Pin Stadiums in the app, turn the "Brightness" slider all the way to the right to 100%

3. Turn the "White" slider to the 0% which is all the way to the left

4. Then start moving your finger around on the color wheel to every color range (purple, blue, turquoise, red, pink, yellow, orange, green, etc).

5. As you move the colors around you notice that the artwork on the playfield will literally start to visually "pop" off the playfield and become noticeably vibrant. It's going to happen once you get into a certain spectrum. It's commonly (but not always) the color that is most dominant in the artwork.

6. Then once you have nailed down the colors, start to gradually introduce the "White" lights from 0% up to the desired level that you like. Most usually run anywhere from 35% to 100% depending on the machine.
------------------------------------------------

I hope this helps you out!!

Okay sounds good!!! Let us know what you decide for on and post up some screenshots of the app settings here if you don’t mind. I’m sure it will be helpful for others and I’m curious to see how they would compare to what I recommend. Fun stuff!!

Had a few installs of the Baby Pin Stadium Munsters pinball mod for the lower playfield of Munsters (works on any machine with a lower playfield).

I took some pics of the install showing where these pressure fit in. Slide them in from the bottom and up under the top left and right mini playfield mounting brackets.

You will not use Magna-Mounts in this one as they fill nice and snug without them.

Expect some killer results !!!

I'm new pinstadium. Got mine installed and everything is working great. I can adjust the gi to any color / brightness but is there any way to adjust the uv/glow flasher brightness?

Thanks

Awesome and glad to hear you are enjoying them!! Regarding the UV+Glow flasher brightness control question:

The flashers are driven by the pinball machine and the brightness is determined by how the machine pulses them.

The general rule is that if the pulse is short and fast then the characteristic behavior of the LED is to load fast and then fade quickly thus resulting in a bright flash.  In the scenario that the pulse is slow then the effect is more of a softer glow.  Different machines pulse differently and inside of those machines each flasher is controlled uniquely too.

I always suggest moving it around to one that you feel is appropriate for your tastes.  Most find after a couple days of installing the Pin Stadiums they get acclimated to the brightness of the UV+Glow too.

The new Fusion product is what most of the collectors get because they can control the colors and brightness of the flashers with the app.  You can also trigger 4x flashers and have each of those at different colors and levels of brightness. Any color in the color wheel on the app is what you can make the flashers:

I hope that helps!

Recently I’ve had several questions as to the best location on the Stern machines for triggering the UV.+Glow. It’s going to vary from machine to machine and I’m happy to help with specific recommendations. It does boil down to personal preference for sure.

However, if you have a shaker motor this is a very safe place to start but I do recommend exploring other flasher locations as many of them can be very dazzling!!
