I think that code expired, it used to be listed in a sticky thread which is gone now.
Also, this decal is a nice addition, but it takes a really long time to arrive. I have ordered a couple of them now and each one took over 2 weeks to get here. I would recommend sending Brock a reminder after ordering, I had to both times.

Yeah sorry about that. I make everything to order and can get backed up pretty easily these days. That said, they DO arrive I appreciate everyone's patience. I haven't been on the computer much lately, let alone on Pinside

He is very slow to reply most times. If you just keep at him he will respond eventually.

Each time I've ordered from Brock it has taken at least two weeks to receive the items (after sending reminders)... they always show up eventually though. I have stopped ordering from him because of this. Hopefully he's just been busy and this won't be an ongoing thing.

I live a few hours away from Brock and it took me three weeks to get my decal. So it will come eventually. You just need to be patient
Brock isn't the most responsive during the best of times, but I do know his wife had a baby like 5 days ago.

Yep, I feel the same way. I have had the sticker for a year now and it has held up beautifully. It might take awhile to arrive but its worth the wait.

WHEW! Sorry for the wait all, it's been a crazy couple of months trying to get our feet back on the ground with a new house and new baby. So much so that I've barely had enough time for ANYTHING pinball related, and I can only apologize that it's affected my ability to fulfill orders.
However, I don't want to bore everyone with excuses (I could write a country song!). I just want to say that we're officially caught up and finally back on track, with my wife handling all shipping duties from here on out.
I do appreciate everyone's patience, and as a thanks I'll be offering a 20% discount code for my Pinside family, so stay tuned for that.
Now, I do need to be realistic here.. I make everything from SCRATCH, and by myself (no $3 bobbleheads here folks). That includes sculpts (in most cases), molds, resin pours, painting, clearcoating, printing, cutting, laminating, etc. So if you order TODAY, it doesn't necessarily mean I can get it out tomorrow. So with quality comes patience.
Over the past few weeks I've made an effort to build up somewhat of an inventory, and we'll be doing all shipments ONCE per week.. unless of course it's just a decal, then we just drop it in a regular envelope and mail it off.
I also stand by my products, so if they EVER break let me know and I'll replace it. whether it breaks 2 days or 2 years after you received it. MARLBOROA, send me your shipping address and I'll drop a new decal in the mail.
My eventual goal is to make this a full time job just like Back Alley has done, and then things will be running much more smoothly. For the time being though, it's plenty of late nights and double-ended candle burning to get things done.
Thanks again to all for the kind words, I'm glad I can offer products you all enjoy. It truly is a real pleasure. My goal is to re-instill the confidence you all once had in me.
