Looks great Hemi but aren't these like pinstadium lighting except much cheaper?

Why does it appear to have such a huge bow in the center? The Iron man image looks like you can fit your hand in there? Does the magnet secure only at the ends or are these just for example images. Also, is there any way to hide that cluster of wires in front of the apron or was that just for example images and there is a cover or something?

Sorry but I'll still drive my support to pinstadium for integrating this idea and support an original local business. Its great to offer an affordable solution but at what cost to undercut a small business. Thanks for what you've done with pinballs but i will no longer buy any of your products.

Hey Robert, in all fairness Steve has actually been doing this sort of lighting for years. When I first saw pinstadium lighting it actually made me think of Steve and Pinball Refinery. It's just business man. Everything good in pinball has at least 2 companies doing it. I own pinstadium lighting and it is great and I know Steve and he is offering a great quality product as well like all his other stuff. Like I said, everything good in pinball has at least 2 vendors doing it except Colordmd. There is room for healthy competition in this hobby. It actually helps control prices on a already expensive hobby.

A few questions:

Are the white $40 strips using WRGB led strips or just White ones?

Is there anyway to control the brightness and/or color shade (if they are wrgb)?

For the $95 color changing ones how would you set the shade you want if you want it always be a specific shade? Or is it just full red, blue, green, or white?

I don’t even want to play them anymore until I get your lighting rails installed. It is that dramatic of a change. Pictures don’t even do it justice. I can’t think of a better upgrade for the money. I really appreciate you making these affordable especially since I going to need them for just about all my machines. Also thanks for keeping it simple and easy to install. Steve keep up the good work. You are a great asset to the pinball community.

I played one of Steves refinery Metallica pros at a pinball show probably more than 3 years ago, he made the game look so stunning i would rather have one of his refinery pros than an Le from stern.

Great why'd i open this, lol. Is there any discounts for multiple kits purchased at once? Im looking at picking up 4 or 5 kits with controllers. Even something like save the shipping like some venders do if you buy a lot at once?

These are on sound controller for all 7 colors ... The sound controller has several modes including a single color which you can set and leave on.

Why is there no explanation of this "sound controller"? I feel like I'm the only one that doesn't know what this is...

Any elaboration on the other modes or what this controller actually does?

I like these cuz I have a dumb phone and can't use the app with the other ones. I wish you offered a dimmable upgrade, you know one stop shopping and all.

Makes sense, would a 6v dc option be possible? Thay way I can tie it into the gi directly and get power and on off with the gi in one step. If you have any questions on how this would work pm me and I can explain it in more detail but that would make it pretty easy. I guess the other thing I could do is buy your kit and then simply switch out the 12v led strip for a 6v one. (For reference I am talking on the white only model). Great price on this product btw. This is very cool.

It's no different then going to Pinball Life, Marco etc...for your parts. PBR has been doing it way longer then any of them but people seem to forget that if they can save a few pennies some place else.

So with your kits there is no issue when the machine turns on - the lights will be on without a second switch or anything necessary?

My experience has been that you'll certainly want to be able to control the brightness somehow, even if it's a simple rotary dial under the PF somewhere.

Having taken a closer look, I'm starting to wonder if cabinet mounted lighting is a no-go on Safecracker. At least on mine, there is really no_ clearance between the ramp assembly and the cabinet on the right side. While lifting, it's possible to wiggle right-to-left a bit, but the total clearance (left+right) is only about 1/8". Are the magnet strips thin enough that it will work?

Anyway, a suitable length would be 25-26".

You guys bring up a good point and one i forgot to ask. How do you raise and lower the playfield with these installed? Don't they get in the way?
