I threw my instrumental songs back in and noticed that most of the song positions shifted up by 1 (I think it was after the first 2)
I updated mine last night and proceeded to have one horrible game after another until I rage quit. Good times.

It's a double-counted coffin hit - for crank it up progress. Since the only way to get coffin hits is the captive ball (unlike the other 3 with the shot inserts). Inlane -> coffin flash -> hit during flash counts as +2 for CIU progress. Still only counts as 1 for multiball lock progress, though.

I put Sanitarium in place of Unforgiven also. Same running time made it an obvious swap choice.
