Does anyone know if there are plans to reproduce Medieval Madness? If so, when will this game be coming out? Finally, what will that new game due to the price and demand on the original one from 1997?

Just a simple yes or no if you think they'll be available anytime soon and also what you think will happen to the original MM in terms of demand and value.

Ha, made my day a little better.

I appreciate the response with the links to the old threads. That, at least, was helpful. Some of the other responses?Yikes.

#15 9 years ago

To answer your question yea PPS is making it and Yes of course it will affect the value of the original, especially when it is finally released.

I see. I apologize for being green and quite new to the hobby. I'll try to do some research before I start a thread next time. My bad.

No need to apologize. Everyone starts somewhere, and often forget this when "helping" others.

https://www.planetarypinball.com/blog/ Rick has a blog with the information and posts here as PPS, his cell phone number is in some of his posts, if you want to call him with a specific question.

Welcome my friend, to a really great hobby and group !

Old school Pinside from the days prior to extreme pinflation, that turned everyone into a bunch of curmudgeons.

Some of you young whippersnappers really need to learn some manners.

CyberNinja24,

You forgot to ask if it will be just like the original MM.

but after reading some good responses to the above, you will none the less be wondering how the price of these compares to the original, and if this will impact prices on either in the market. Yeeesh!

To which some else chimes in - It'll be 10k by Christmas.

And someone else reminds us, Jack played and he liked it".

I'll most likely refrain from asking any additional questions out here.

I've been off this Forum for about 7 or 8 Months so had no idea about this.
And the OP asks a simple question and some here are belittling him and calling him a troll and what not.
Pinside was never like this. Show some respect to the noobies. Everybody here was one at some point in time.
And we are so lucky to have Pinside as a Resource. Anyone who has done Pins since the 70s and 80s know how tough it was getting any good pball info. Pinside's changed all that and has made many Folks here more pball savvy as well as technically enhanced.

#40 9 years ago

All good but honestly page one has threads on it. Usually a little google
Or reading of threads before posting goes a long way . All signs pointed to shenanagins.
But Lloyd saved the day as usual anyway.

#41 9 years ago

10k by Christmas, lol!

I sure got an education today on how the subtle nuances of pinside work. Thanks everyone.

If they ever decide to remake any other great titles, could someone please send me a telegram?

You mean like PPS's 2.0 program ? Or some of the smaller manufacturers like AMH etc ?

http://www.pinballnews.com/ Keep an eye on Pinball News, Martin Ayub will see you are informed.

In fairness to the OP, there is no way he would know it as MMR unless he had been staying current. Easy to miss the threads on the first page. Welcome to pinside, best bunch on the internet!
