agree, use 280 and finish 4-600 grid.
shooter housing was not sanded with sand paper but the result will be very close.

it's pretty easy. paul have the adaptor for spike, we both use the same connector. all you need is a splitter.
better yet, get the pinball life splitter board for spike and you can connect our mods and more in the future if needed be.

i got a splitter board myself from pinball life.
let's say you'd like to have lights under your cabinet or speaker lights or anything else you'd be good to go.
and less stress on your machine also. it's a great board.
of course, the adaptor and splitter will work but if you plan for more, go with the board.

green, green and more green. that game is going to look amazing.
received 2 pairs from paul one for ac/dc and one for space shuttle (can't install on space shuttle yet, because i have something in front of the machine and i can't move it right now but i will take pics).
installation took me about 20 minutes.
so, i used a small stool in the front of the cabinet.
removed the legs (flames, yeah baby 
).
installed the first one and made sure the wires was behind the stool for the second leg.
I removed the speaker and lift the speaker grill and pass the wires.
re-installed the 4 screws for the speaker, made sure the wires under the cab were pulled (not too tight).
connected to my splitter board (a must if you have a lot of mods).
flick the switch and done.
nice mod and final touch on any game, thanks paul!

in jjp machines, there's a 12 volts source in the cab, left side (see pic). from there i strongly suggest a 12 volts splitter board for future mods, under cabinet lighting, speaker lighting, legs light up etc... from pinball life.
