Knub's Pub is a full service bar and grill with 7 pinball machines. It opens today and its hours are 4:00 pm to 1:30 am M-F, 11:00 am to 1:30 pm Saturday and Sunday, weekend food service begins at 4:00 pm. Knub's Pub seats around 90.

The pinball machines are owned and maintained by me. The restaurant is locally owned by Dave and Cory Knubly, owners of my second location, Pizza West.

The current lineup is Diner, Doctor Who, Flash Gordon, Funhouse, Iron Man, Simpsons Pinball Party, and Theatre of Magic. Knub's Pub is located about 250 ft north of Pizza West where I also have 7 games. So in one trip you can easily play 14 games.

No, I don't think so. It really isn't the best setup for tournaments. At Pizza West we have the back room entirely to ourselves. At the pub we'd be thrown in the midst of all the regular Saturday night patrons. Once you see the layout I think you'll also have a better understanding for why I'm not as confident about monthly tournaments at the pub.

That being said, I've spoken to Dave and Cory about having a weekly league at the pub. They were fine with that. I think that would be a better solution. You'd not be fighting the Saturday night crowd. Schedule it to not conflict with the league at 403 Club, maybe Tuesday or Thursday night. Only stipulation I have is I won't run it. I'll make sure the games are ready, but running the monthly tourney at PW is enough for me.

Stuff already broken on day 1. That's pinball I guess.
